Franse documenten

Er is nogal wat onduidelijkheid omtrent de Franse ducumenten.
Op dit moment moet de chauffeur 3 documenten bij zich hebben.

1: 'Voyage international depuis l’étranger vers la France métropolitaine - International travel from abroad to mainland France (International Travel Certificate to mainland France)'.
Dit is het meest recente document en moet worden ingevuld door de chauffeur.
U heeft dit nodig per dag. Neem dus meerdere lege documenten mee!

2: 'Justificatif de déplacement professionnel (Exemption for professional travel)'.
U heeft dit nodig per maand.

3: 'Attestation de déplacement (Dérogatoire)'.
U heeft dit nodig per dag, (gedateerd) en het is daarom belangrijk om voldoende ongedateerde documenten mee te nemen.

Italiaans document

Er is een nieuw document voor Italië. Dit document moet ten alle tijde in de vrachtwagen aanwezig zijn en het is heel belangrijk dat u er veel van mee neemt. Waarom? •De verklaring moet ingevuld zijn bij binnenkomst in Italië en ten alle tijde in de vrachtwagen aanwezig zijn, ook als de chauffeur niet aan het rijden is.
•De verklaring moet op verzoek overhandigd worden aan de politiebeambte.Tijdens de controle zal de verklaring worden ingenomen door de politiebeambte. In dat geval moet opnieuw een verklaring worden ingevuld.
•De verklaring is geldig voor een periode van 72 uur vanaf het moment van binnenkomst in Italië.
•Om gemotiveerde redenen is het mogelijk het verblijf in Italië te verlengen voor een extra 48 uur. In dat geval moet een nieuwe verklaring worden ingevuld.

French documents

There is quite a bit of uncertainty about the French ducuments.
At this moment the driver must have 3 documents with him/her.

1: 'Voyage international depuis l'étranger vers la France métropolitaine / International travel from abroad to mainland France ('International Travel Certificate to mainland France)'.
This is the most recent document and must be completed by the driver. You need this per day. So take several empty documents with you!

2: 'Justificatif de déplacement professionnel (Exemption for professional travel)'.
You need this per month.

3: 'Attestation de déplacement (Dérogatoire)'.
You will need this per day, (dated) and it is therefore important to take enough undated documents with you.

Italian document

There's a new document for Italy. This document must be in the truck at all times and it is very important that you take a lot of it with you. Why?
•The declaration must be completed when entering Italy and must be present in the truck at all times, even if the driver is not driving.
•The declaration must be handed over to the police officer upon request and will be taken by the police officer during the inspection. In that case, a new statement must be filled in.
•The declaration is valid for a period of 72 hours from the moment of entry into Italy.
•For justified reasons, it is possible to extend the stay in Italy for an additional 48 hours. In this case, a new declaration must be filled in.

Leuker kunnen we het niet maken, makkelijker ook niet......

Ik wou volgende week een ritje sightseeing in Frankrijk gaan doen, maar met al die papieren zie ik er wat tegenop.
Precies of een vrachtwagenchauffeur rijdt een beetje voor zen plezier rondjes.

Ik denk dat jongens als Piërre niet blij met deze maatregelen zullen zijn.
Hij rijdt toch continu op Frankrijk???
Wat een extra papierwerk zeg....... (en wat zal dat helpen tegen de coronavirus????????)

Dat ene papier van je gezondheidsverklaring moet je dan per dag invullen, ik kan in de morgen perfect gezond zijn en later op de dag ziek/onwel worden. Ik denk dan terug aan mijn wijlen collega die de vrijdag nog een medisch onderzoek had en de woensdag erop een hartadderbreuk, deze was dan gezond bevonden door een arts. Die Fransozen zijn altijd al apart geweest in papierwerk.

Goed nieuws uit Frankrijk!

Op 10 april ontving IRU de bevestiging van de Europese Commissie dat de Franse autoriteiten niet-Franse beroepschauffeurs toestaan het Europese attest te gebruiken om Frankrijk binnen te komen.
Het lijkt er dus op dat de Europese lobby door de verschillende brancheorganisaties succes heeft gehad, want de administratieve lasten voor transportbedrijven worden iets verlaagd door het gebruik van dit ene document.

Het Europese attest kunt u, met de overige formulieren, ook weer vinden op onze downloadpagina. Vraag hier de link aan als u deze nog niet eerder hebt opgevraagd.

Waarom ook nog de overige formulieren?
Voor cabotage geldt het vorige werkgeversattest nu nog steeds.
Voor zelfstandigen blijft het ‘Attestation de déplacement dérogatoire’ gelden.
Het zal waarschijnlijk nog even duren voordat ook alle handhavers in Frankrijk weten welke formulieren geaccepteerd zijn. Wij adviseren dan ook om nog steeds alle formulieren mee te nemen!

Dit is het Europese attest. (De volledige naam van dit formulier is: Bijlage 3 van de EG-mededeling over groene rijstroken - sjabloon van certificaat voor internationale transportmedewerkers).
U heeft dit nodig per rit.

Duitsland

Van sommige transportbedrijven krijgen wij de melding dat grenswerkers in Duitsland geregeld te maken hebben met aanhoudingen door de Duitse politie.
Door grenswerkers kan het document 'Bescheinigung für Berufspendler' gebruikt worden. Dit document is niet verplicht, maar het wordt aangeraden om het toch mee te nemen. Dit document kunt u vinden op onze downloadpagina. Vraag hier de link aan.

Good news from France!

On 10 April IRU received a confirmation from the European Commission that the French authorities allow non-French professional drivers to use the European certificate to enter France. It therefore seems that the European lobby has been successful through the various transport unions, as the use of this single document slightly reduces the administrative burden for transport companies.

This European certificate, together with the other forms, can also be found on our download page. Request for the link here if you haven't requested it before.

Why also still all the other forms?
For cabotage, the previous employer's certificate still applies.
For self-employed persons the 'Attestation de déplacement dérogatoire' continues to apply.
It will probably take some time before all enforcers in France know which forms are accepted. We therefore advise you to take all forms still with you!

Germany

We receive reports from some transport companies that border workers in Germany regularly face arrests by the German police.
For border workers the document 'Bescheinigung für Berufspendler' can be used. This document is not obligatory, but it is recommended to take it with you anyway. This document can be found on our download page.
